Hi my name is Steve aka Ned Kelly on the cb I am from the forest of dean in Gloucestershire and I have been an active radio enthusiast for 30 years and I have recently got into dx again after many years away from long distance dx and wanted to apply for a call sign

I will need your QTH details before I can allocate you a call sign. See the following link :-
The town/city you live in or near will be enough. Once that is done either myself or Gary will get you issued on our next round of call sign allocations.
