Hi Guys,
My name is Nic van Rensburg with QTH in Stellenbosch, South Africa. I am a registered Ham radio operator under the call sign ZS1ZAN. Have been involved in CB communications since 1980 with many contacts made on the then allocated channel 19 to 27 bands in South Africa. Recently unpacked my CB equipment, erected a 11 meter vertical antenna and started enjoying the world of CB again.
I trust that the administrators of Charlie Tango will allocate a CT call sign to me to use in DX communications.

Hi Nic welcome to ctdx. Sure it won't be long before someone gives you a callsign. I see you have the standard Baofeng lol i think we all have one.

Hi Victor, Thank you very much for the call sign. I am sure I'm going to enjoy working CB in DX.
Jip, The SBE is a favorite of mine and quite a collectors item. Tx and Rx beautifully.
Only 4 that I know of in the RSA.
