Evening all,
I only work 11m/cb. The Holy Grail of 2 div contacts for me would be Hawaii. I do have other states to work, but that would be my main goal. Got to get my portable 2 element beam up and running.
Good dx and take it easy,
73s John.

My 6th South Dakota contact yesterday on 12m FT4, the fourth on 12m. Whilst nowhere near the figures of some other states, it definitely is not one of the joint hardest ones for me like it was when I started this thread.
SD contact KG0TI was my first into Deuel County and the QRZ confirmation gave me my 500th US county endorsement, that will be a memorable one. That's over multiple bands and a mixture of phone and digital modes. Counties I know are not the point of discussion, but it's amazing how the numbers add up just by getting on the air in these great conditions.
Wyoming and Hawaii are still the hardest for me personally it seems. As mentioned before, I have been hearing / seeing stations from Hawaii that turn out to be not from. KC8JNV showed as Hawaii yesterday on 12m FT4 too, I chased for for quite a while as they showed as Hawaii on WSJT-X, but stopped when I read their QRZ page. Would still of been good DX if managed, but not the state I was looking for. Anyone else been chasing rogue callsigns whilst state hunting?

Doing well there Neal. I only got the 50 award lol. There seams to be a few rogue ones about of late and some strange looking ones.

Well done Neal and in fact well done all with your US chasing.
I've only got 18 confirmed States and around half of them counting unconfirmed too. Maybe if I shove a big vertical up, a beam or await the crank up in legal power I would do better but I'm still enjoying myself with my lawnmower lead and QRP output. (I'm pretty much relying on what little Mother Nature & the Radio Gods give me! )
Unfortunately I have come across 'rogue' or 'pirated' call signs particularly on FT4/8 and see no point whatsoever in such fruitless excercises.
My digi-mode activities have been lacklustre of late due to several circumstances but the major one is the +20dB or more signals that wipe out the waterfall on some of the bands. Again, what's the point?
(That's probably the Continental beams firing over us to get to the States!)
