To be issued a call sign your profile must contain your name, your country and your specific QTH as detailed in the read first header. Here's a link https://charlietangodxgroup.forumotion.com/t4991-read-first
In your case we require you to put the nearest town or city to where you live in the QTH field.

Have you seen there is a South Coast PMR net which can be reached from parts of Brighton? Also I monitor Ch14 pmr when I'm in my shack, why not try calling out sometime.
