I'm Mark and I've been an SWL and scanner for many years. I bought a Baofeng UV-5R just over 10 years ago, made a few contacts on PMR and then put it away. I recently dug it out (it still works fine) and bought a few more Chinese radios and some Thunderpole T-X HTs. I see there's a lot more promotion of the hobby on YouTube these days, and I want to get into SSB on 11m
