Subject: Dipole adjustment Thu Nov 30, 2023 7:36 pm
Hello folks,
I have a Dipole for 11m in my loft but want to tune it for 10m instead, should I cut each leg or do I simply fold the wire back on itself? It is no longer needed for 11m.
Thanks
Tam

I'd fold it back on itself rather than cutting. But a much easier way, is a tuner.

Had a look at tuners, such a bewildering choice, no idea which I need

If it's just being used for a single band there's no need for a tuner, just adjust the legs of the dipole for the frequency range you want to use.
