After my lacklustre activity last year I only just about scraped it (being reliant on QRZ confirmations from others made for the 'challenge') but this year seemed to have cracked every day and might make it in the first 12 days!
Yeah, yeah, I've heard the grumbles too about QRZ 'award' pins, "what's the point", easy with FT8, blah-de-blah-blah but it's all about having some fun on the radio and what better way to encourage people.
If you look at some of the comments on the QRZ posting so far it looks like most people are happily involved and positive about it. (I know right? The forums there can be full of rather grumpy, let alone angry old men. )
Anyway, worth a look and might spur some Christmas season Ham radio activity out of some of you regardless of whether you have a poxy, <ahem>, minimal setup like mine or stand aloft with your towers and beams.
Part of the challenge will be eeking out confirmations aside from the many that have QRZ accounts but never upload their logs.
Have fun and enjoy your radio no matter what you do.
All the best, Victor

You need at least one confirmation per day and then accumulate 12 days worth. (Multiple confirmations per day still count as one day.) You must have had a least one confirmation for every single day of the challenge period.
I think I made it by the January 2023 (ran until end of February) then ultimately got 28 days after late confirmations.
Harder than you think Alan unless you're on FT8 all day, every day.
I get a fairly good 60% confirmation rate but that's only been recently and sat around 40% before. Amazing how many people have a QRZ account but don't participate....Hang on, sounds like a CT account!
It's all supposed to be a bit of fun after all Alan mate for this here wonderful hobby we have.
I find it a challenge using as little as 5W with my indoor antenna whereas others won't find it challenging at all. That's the lure of my QRP operations for me, doing what I can, with what I've got, even if that ain't much. Everyone can participate.

Good luck Victor. I am sure you won't need it though and you'll blast through the needed QSOs in no time as you've tipped the half wave way point already. (I really did just type half wave)
This particular award is not my focal one at the moment, but as I get on air most days if only for a very short time sometimes, I hope to be displaying the award not too long after you are I will not be chasing various endorsements for this one though.
Whilst some may say this award is an easy one, I think it is great that they have made an award that no one has a head start in with their back catalogue of QSOs and can't just be ticked off by mega stations in one day.
My best wishes go to everyone who gets on air to try and get this award.

Cheers Neal mate. (Loved the half wave quip. )
There's something for everyone with such awards over at QRZ and I think that's a good thing.
I remember full well the struggle I had with 'Worked All Continents' having made my final Oceania contacts but never getting a confirmation. (New Zealand helped in the end.) I probably will never make the USA 'Worked All States' but the DX100 is tantalisingly close with 94 countries bagged so far.
All of it is a bit of enticement for me to keep on air and make contacts and I hope true for others too regardless of modest setups or full blown DX stations.
I echo your sentiments and wish everyone involved in such radio enthusiasm the very best with whatever they do.
