 25-30mhz antenna help

I'm just getting back in to radio and looking for a decent mobile antenna and plan on using it with a mag mount so it can be easily stored away when not in use.

I'm looking for a twig as near to 25-30mhz as possible and obviously at the best price.

Thank you in advance for any help/advice.
