Mark the date if you want to try and get a different voice mode QSO in your log on 10m other than the more widely used SSB. Swindon utuber M0GQC with a few others are taking to high ground in the hope of bringing some activity to the 10m portion of the band.
Not a lot of info out there yet, but the main announcement with a few more details can be found on the SOTA Reflector link below:
Whether I get out or not, I will certainly at least have a listen and put out a few calls. Hope to catch a CT member on FM.

Sounds good there Neal and I must admit apart from a shout with a friend I've not done much in the way of 10m FM work. (With my horizontal antenna and his mobile vertical we did struggle a bit.)
Hopefully someone can gain some groundwave local work with them or otherwise catch some further DX if anyone's about.
(I do remember a localish club trying out 10m FM for a net but wasn't all that successful.)

Just a reminder of this happening this weekend. From 13:00 UK BST time (12:00 midday UTC).
If you are not familiar with what frequencies to use for this FM event, do please check the UK band plan below and the above video. In one video released by some of the lead participants it was clear they didn't really know what frequencies should be used. Despite the band plan we might end up having to scan near the whole of 29MHz for activity.

Update in the last hour from James (M0GQC). From his utube community section:
-
Ten On 10 FM - UPDATE
Here is a list of stations which we know will be on air on Saturday & their proposed frequencies:-
29.100 Chris (2E0UKH) 29.110 James (M0GQC) 29.120 Stu (G5STU) 29.130 Callum (M0XXT) 29.150 Tim (G5TM) 29.170 Jonathan (M0JSX) 29.180 Kevan (2E0WQH) 29.190 Isle Of Wight Radio Society (G3SKY)
While we cannot guarantee that the proposed frequencies above will be clear for us to use, we are suggesting these as our preferred frequencies.
29.000-29.100 are listed on the RSGB band plan as "all mode" on a non-interference basis, so we may fall back on these frequencies.
We strongly encourage as many people as possible to participate. In the interest of avoiding frequency clashes, we suggest that anybody not already on the list above who wishes to occupy a frequency and call CQ selects a frequency between 29.000 & 29.090 if possible.
Basically, most of the activity will be between 29.100 & 29.200, with the possibility of some additional activity between 29.000 & 29.090 if other people decide to join in.
Also note that it might be worth keeping an ear on the FM calling channel, which is on 29.600

I took my 6900n and a T2LT up just a few miles north out of the town and had a leisurely listen for a couple of hours whilst eating peanuts and sipping a sugar free Vimto. Quite a lot of activity, UK and Euro. I only spoke to three stations on FM. One utuber James (the one in the video in previous posts) at 38 miles, G0QK 50 miles, but MW0PJE/P on Moel y Gamelin was a cracker at 98 miles... DX Commander Callum at half that distance couldn't hear me, guess he was running a bit more power than my 21 Watts.
Did anyone else take part, make a QSO or two or more, or just have a listen?

That's a shame Deb. I didn't hear any from France to be fair, short skip that way may must not of been running. I heard some from Germany and further afield from Turkey. The Isle of white station G3SKY/P came up clear enough for a bit for me to call to, but I didn't make it back, but don't think that would of been skip, more long distance ground wave at about 80 miles from me.

Listened for 20minutes but nothing here. It's not a good location here the best we used to do back in the CB days would be to the North Downs and then it would need a decent mobile station up there.
