UK-Wide daily event to promote the use of 27.275 USB as the UK SSB Calling channel and promote UK CB radio in general.

Didn't really take off but there are some operators using this channel, we use it quite regularly up here in the North East.

Hi Darkehammer, I've not had any succes on 27.275, but have joined in with the North East Mid Week Net on a Wednesday evening a couple of times now. They seem to be a good bunch and worth a go. Very welcoming to a newby like myself too.

Hi Razz, Sorry, I should have said. The Mid Week Net across Yorkshire and the Northeast is every Wednesday from 1930 - 2100hrs on 27.375 USB. I hope to speak to you next Weds.

Andy, the nets chair makes a point of ensuring that there will always be a net of some description at those times on a Wednesday. Even if Christmas falls on a Wednesday!
