My Lincoln has been in its box, 3 years now, due to been off frequency ,27.555, on my radio is 27.551.5, see photo, I have seen the Delboy video about the service menu, tried it 3 years ago, just could not get it on the right mark, so pulled it from its box today, wondering what to do, I am getting out and on Frequency, on 27.555, if I am on 27.551.5

I looked at this potential problem when I had the Pres L 2+ - it's due to the clarifier capable of being activated on both TX and RX. If you've used the clarifier on TX then turned it off it can hold the offset frequency in memory.
If all else fails, you could roll the rig back to factory settings.

Hello, Victor and Deb for your information, I have reset but still the same, in the past 2hrs got intouch with a local contact for me in Oulu, he has very nice bench with all the kit, bought 2 mid block rigs of him, so will get there later this week.

President Lincoln now working ok, had some good dx contacts , in the end it was DELBOYS post for the service menu fix, about 1hr going up and down, very tricky to get it dead on frequency.
AND YOU MUST TAKE A PHOTO OF YOU STARTING POINT NUMBERS FOR USB MENU.
