Hiya, names James or Jim. From Kilwinning in Ayrshire, West coast of Scotland. Had a crt ss 890 for a while and know little about it other than listening in.
Been collecting the wee cheap Chinese stuff like baofeng and quansheng for a wee while too. But would like to start calling on 11m. Can hear America and all over at times from the sea front on decent days.
