| Hi folks. My Antron 99 blew down in the last gales we had here. Couldn't get to do anything with it for a few weeks though so, when I did, and got it back up again, my SWR was at 3 and above? Took it back down and took it apart and cleaned everything, then discovered water was leaking from the plug socket. Found the little hole underneath to empty water out, and now it is giving me a reading between 1.5 and 2.5 but bouncing back and forth between the numbers? Any ideas why anyone? I can only assume there is still water in the bottom around the coil. The SWR reading is the same regardless of power going out the radio. I key up and nothing happens for a few seconds then in comes the bounce. Thanks guys John | |

| Hello John,
Sounds like water is still in there to me. I would also check your feeder for damage or water ingress as well.
