| Hello to the Charlie Tango community. I am Les Warren a retired refrigeration engineer now living in Blackpool . My history with CB goes way back when I was 22 years old and doing a lot of miles per week . CB was the latest thing then you either had a American am rig on ssb or one of the newer FM rigs . I purchased a FM rig with a clip on mobile antenna and my friends also had radio sets .so trying to see how far I could get out on my rig passed the time of day. I am now 73 and still have a interest in the hobby . I was for my sins a CT member way back but I moved around and went on to other things . But here I am back again .. | |
