If you asking about The Vatican City when transmitting on 11m they have a division number which is 138 then whatever the callsighn letters and number whoevers is calling, as for a frequency they normally call on 27:555 usb it's just listen out for them ,there is no specific time or special call channel for them on 11m ,if it's on Amateur bands your asking I thought you would know already as you appear to be a M0 .
