Hi everyone, I’m Dave. Originally from Doncaster, I was fully immersed in the CB culture of yesteryear. There were about 3000 people sharing 40 channels then- how times have changed. I’ve never lost my love of fiddling with radios but there has been a 30 gap in having equipment to play with. I’m looking towards getting my foundation licence soon. Current equipment covers 70cm, 2m, 10m & 12m. I’m happy just to listen at the moment but a call sign would be very handy for 11m contacts.
This is a great forum and I’ve learnt a few things already. Thanks in advance. Dave - 73s
