hi there, im new to the forum, last october i became quite ill and it gave me an opportunity to think about what is important to me. so here i am, i have found a bunch of people that i realy, realy like. i am 53yrs young, when i was 13yo i had a sharp hideaway cb in my dads attic. Now i have time to go back and pick up where i left off. i bought a crt 2000 with a pre-swr center loaded coil on a mag-mount in my living room on the radiaror. this is a very pretty rig. then i got a minicom 40 am/fm,in the car i just found out that it is very like the crt one, if i had known that i wauld have got crt. at the same time i got a thunderpole t800 for my daughter who wasnt interested so its in the cupboard, i also have a crt ss 6900n with a 1/2 wave that i have seen nobody for months until Lewis the red neck took my antenna up by 2.5 meters last friday and omg! its been jumping ever since.i live in inverness in the highlands, i have a block of houses in front and a block of houses in the back so i got to go up.one other thing befor i go to make dinner, can i have a call sign and can i have "munz and 2014" in it? it isnt my dob. i got off of MH370 at kuala lumpur and flew to london in 2014. i am the luckyest guy you ever heard of!

Hello Andrew, welcome to the forum.
I have just popped your post here because you originally put it in another part of the forum.
I'm just leaving for work now so will sort your call sign out later. Our call signs are in a internationally recognised format so unfortunately won't contain the word "munz" I'll try and get 2014 in there for you.
All the best 73's Gary.
