I thought this would be 5 mins work on Google, but how wrong was I? I'm either missing some magic search term, or it's one of the few that isn't out there.
Can anyone help with a copy please?

Hiya Jeff,
Isn't the 640e just the mobile version of the 810e? From what I remember the main board is the same, (upd2824 PLL)
The schematic for the latter is available just about anywhere but I can give you a link if you want.

I knew it was a base station version, but didn't know it was the same board. makes sense, but you know what they say about assumptions....
If you have a link, that would be great. I can easily compare the board in the 640 to the schematic then. Thanks
