hi all whats the deal on a Led switching power supply, all new to me whats the best amps for a ssb radio i was thinking about 10 amps....

Don't know about the LED bit but you get 2 types of psu. Switching and linear. Linear will give you less noise than switching but cost more. 20 TO 25 AMP would be about right and you won't overload it.
