I have just started to hear myself through the speaker on my radio even when i put my headphones on is this a problem that can be fixed  Question Question

On my SS6900n it don't have the TSN in the function menu

Has your SWR changed recently, cable damp etc ? Check that it may have caused some common mode current issue or RF in the shack causing RFI back in the radio. Try chokes or ferrites with some winds... also try and external speaker if not currently used.
