Hi Mark,
Welcome to Charlie Tango.
Unfortunately the call sign number you have requested was issued some time ago. We're currently running the 4000 numbers now so you'll usually be issued the next number in sequence, however you could request a specific number larger than that if you like. Just ask here and the appropriate admin will make sure that if it's free it will be issued to you.
Call signs are usually issued most days so just keep an eye out on this posting for when you are issued yours.
