| Hi there all
Based Wiltshire, UK. Looking to get into 11m and also take the Foundation exam to broaden my options a little. Haven't taken the plunge as far as equipment goes as yet, as i'm unsure as to whether I want to start on the 11m SSB side of things or wait until i've got the licence sorted, which will probably be before end of November. Space is at a premium so ideally want to start with a handheld that I can also use mobile with mag mount antenna, but really think I want either CB handheld with SSB (not many of those around as far as I can see) or wait and get 2m/70cm handheld and also use it mobile in the same way. Using network radio currently to get out in some form while I have a further think.
