Hi all my personal is Fred and I live in Runcorn, Cheshire, I am nearly 67 and retired I was a cb user in the 80s and 90 and have recently got back into radio and now use amature radio equipment I have a mobile baofeng 82 and a QYT 8900D, I look forward to chatting to you all at some time or other 73s for now

It's still there amongst the other 'New Members & Call Sign Applications' section of the forum so don't worry.
Mr Gary Wilson our chap in charge of call signs performs his functions much as the rest of admin on a purely voluntary basis so squeezes things in around his busy home and work life. (Does a stellar job too.) This can sometimes mean a delay every so often of a few days due to the workload required to check and update databases etc. for call sign allocation.
I've checked and he hasn't issued any other new call signs only confirming a returning members original. (Which is quick & easy to confirm.)
Be assured that you are in the queue for a call sign and sure Gary will get around to this as soon as he is able to. (My call sign took weeks when the forum was first switched around a couple of years back - but he got there! )
I'll mark this posting for his attention but also to prevent confusion with your first request.

Definitely not a 'nuisance' as we all know what it was like when we first started out. I'm an Admin nowadays and still occasionally get lost!
