Newby. In Bedford

Hi Clive 883 here.
Just saying Hi. 
I've had CBs in my vans before and found them very useful for road trips. 
Now after a break I've built a new van and bought a Thunderpole T800 to put in it. I've never done the SWR on  any before , just plugged and played.
But decided I'd  like to take this a little more serious. 
I live and work in Bedford 
Other hobbies , van conversion , motorcycles,  paddle boards and eating...

Don't know what our Paddy's on about?  But yeah, just south of Bedford here myself.
Hopefully when my slow boat from China turns up I'll be back on HF & CB so hope to catch you on the air one day.  

As Paddy mentions we've got some really great members here more than willing to help each other out. You'll find some great pointers and advice already posted on the forum but again don't be afraid to ask.

Our Mr Gary Wilson who's responsible for issuing call signs usually assigns them most days so just keep an eye on this posting for when you get yours.
