Excuse me if posted in the wrong section

Sub £400, what would be the best HF radio to purchase regards Noise Elimination? 

I have a modern HF rig which is fantastic but looking for a second one that’s as cheap as possible and has decent rejection.

Any input from perhaps people that have the radios would be appreciated
