End fed 5/8 wave which will perform the same as any other and within fractions of a S point of any other end-fed vertical regardless of wavelength. One thing in it's favour is it has a decent set of 1/4 wave radials which most don't have, many have none at all, so it provides a decent RF ground and common mode RFI issues should be negligible - it's pretty much impossible to install this and it not have sufficient RF ground.
Without seeing one in the flesh though to examine the tubing and construction we don't know if it's worth £299. If it's built to the standard the Vortex antennas were then yes it is.
What it won't do is magically make signals appear out of the noise that any other properly installed vertical wouldn't.

Thanks for sharing. That's the first time I've seen a matching system like that on a CB antenna, interesting. If you're into running big power, from the photos it looks like it will handle a good amount.
Nice to see no ludicrous dB gain figures quoted in the blurb, though the DX skip examples are achievable with a lot less power into a just a bit of wire as we all know, so not sure what the point of that is in the ad other to attract those new to CB.
