The antenna/mast is truly mobile

Hi all Merry Christmas.

I am about to get back into the hobby and intend to install a 12mtr aluminium tilt down tower,

I don't want to mess about with planning permission as we will be moving on a year or so, my intension is to put the mast on heavy duty concreate blocks that theoretically could be moved making the mast truly mobile in the same way a horse stable,

What your thoughts regarding planning matters only please.
