Hello there 'FrankieDX' and welcome to Charlie Tango.

I've moved your request to a posting of it's own to ensure that you get allocated.
(I've also deleted the superfluous request that was tagged onto someone else's allocation.)

There are instructions both in red lettering on the site main page as well as in a posting entitled 'Read First' within the New Members section :-

From that you will see that we need your first name only as you have already filled in your QTH and I assume that you must be from England. (I can't presume that your name is 'Frankie' so if you can verify your name that would help.)

Once that is done either myself or my colleague Gary can get you issued with a call sign on our next run of allocations.
