CRT 6900V. Both version 6 and 7.01 will read from radio, but will not load V6 DAT files, gives error "wrong software version. Tried both V6 and V7.01 versions of the software. The user manual supplied is dated 2018. Is there away to determine version number from the serial number?

Problem sorted, turned out to be V7.01. Found a suitable V7.0 DAT file (with UK channels) that reads and writes perfectly to radio.

if you have a copy of the v7 dat file with uk fm wouldnt mind a copy mate ,been trying to get one for ages
