Just writing as a new member to introduce myself. Having been involved in the NE of England as a child (handle was Little Bootsie) of a CB user and a ham I am returning to CB especially as we are about to experience some spectacular conditions with the solar cycle. I've been a SWL since I was 3 or so and eventually got an Amateur Foundation licence as M6ORT in 2015 and since then became 2E1GW (yep no third letter due to an OfCom error after I had written in asking for that call). I'm interested in all matters radio from HF - 10GHz and am looking forward to operating CB again as yet another way of enjoying the wider radio hobby. Glad to join you.
I'd be grateful for a callsign if possible!
