Hi folks, last Wednesday I couldn't use my normal perch so went to a local picnic area instead. I'm out most Weds. for the North East Midweek Net, but this week I had a good evening chatting to the folks over on the North West Net. I've been tuning my gear with a hope to doing SOTA type sessions on 11 metres. So this pic shows my President McKinley running off a Tracer 12v 10a battery and going out via a Hawkins Thunderbolt SSD58+ hung off a 12 metre telescopic pole. It all seems to be working well so far. Best wishes Al
