Hi All.
My name is Stephen and I live in the South West of the UK. I am both an Amateur operator and a CB radio operator starting off with CB in the 80's leaving the hobby in the 90's then returning again in 2014.
I passed both my Foundation and Intermediate level Amateur radio licence in 2018.
Enjoying 11m CB most evenings chatting with nearby operators.
On the Amateur side I use simplex on 80, 40m, 30m, 20m, 10m and 2m and digi modes on 80m, 40m, 30m, 20m and occasionally on 2m.
Continuously experimenting and trying different antennas up and down like a yoyo. Lol ! My neighbours can't make me out. Double lol !! Managed to settle on three antennas for a happy medium to cover all frequencies I use.
I did have a 11m 26CT callsign previously but have not signed in for a very, very, very, long time so it has lapsed. My fault. Could I have a new 11m CT callsign please ?
Catch you on the air sometime, somewhere or on the forum.
Speak soon,
Cheers all,
Stephen
