Changing email address

I created a new email, specific Charlie Tango call sign for forum and contact use etc.
So i changed it in profile.
Got a email original email address saying change requested.
New Email address asking to verify.
Click verify takes me to index forum page, no accept on it.
Go back to profile still showing previous email address.
Getting all notification on original email.
Minor problem , just a heads up from me.

When i joined the forum i had a problem signing up.
So Craig(i think it was) sorted it all out for me but my profile had his email address.
I tried several times to change it got the conformation emails clicked the link and all that.
I have just tried again got the email but i still have his email address can't seem to change it.
