Admin Help Changing Email Address

Hi

Just wondering if someone from admin can sort out the verification email for cornfirming change of address as the link keeps coming up with error:

The site at https://charlietango.co.uk/profile.php?mode=activate_mail&u=1852&ak=22438cbfcd4b816e9&mail=lxxxxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com has experienced a network protocol violation that cannot be repaired.

Email address has been xxx as i dont want tons of spam.

Any pointers that can help me to change the address and complete confirmation gratefuly received.

For some reason we have had the odd user experience SSL certificate errors, particularly with redirects.

I have looked at this in the past and cannot replicate the errors in my Firefox browser but most users report that they are using Chrome when they see this error. For Chrome it was a case of clearing the browser cookies plus the cache and the error usually goes away. Maybe that would be worth a try?

If not then it may be worth trying again with a different browser and see if that helps.

I know our resident coding guru has done some fantastic work on the site and looked at the redirect issue before to no avail. Seeing as the issue can usually be resolved at the user end by the above suggestions and is otherwise a rarity that's probably the best answer I can currently give you.

When i joined i couldn't get the verification email.
I had help from admin but to this day my account has his email address not mine and i have tried to change it several times but can't Victor.....

Update update
I signed in with a different browser and i now have the correct email address.
I was going to delete my post but thought i would do it this way as it might help others in the future.
