looking for advice regarding a indoor antenna, I stay on the top floor of a high rise flat 19th and can't get access to put up outdoor antenna

I think my first antenna years ago was a magmount stuck to an inverted oven tray. Worked fine until Mum wanted to cook Sunday dinner. 🤣
