Hello and welcome.
If you look at the top of the web page, underneath the Charlie Tango banner, you will see a row of boxes. Third from the right will be a profile box. If you click on that you, will be able to fill in your details.

Our call signs are issued in an internationally recognised format and all the three digit numbers were allocated many years ago. You mentioned having 9595 in you call which I can do for you.
I am delighted to allocate you 26-CT-9595 may you have good luck with it.
