Hi I got my equipment today and looking for Radio operators in the Grimsby and cleethorpes area I'm running a CRT ss9900 radio And a Excalibur antenna

Hello Thomas,
If you find yourself having problems making contacts I would have a think about the Excalibur antenna. It's a fairly compromised antenna for 11 meters and might be the part of your station that holds you back. All the best.

Hi all thank you for the advice on the antenna Garry iv made the plunge and bought a antron 99 and put it 3. Mtrs up the side of my house big difference an the contracts I can get
