Good stuff. The Yeasu and Sirio are the same as my mobile set-up. It will work well. I worked Johnno 43CT004 with that set-up, when he moved to Wagga Wagga in SE Australia. The video is still on You Tube.

Great to hear about your mobile setup plans.
All too easy to stick it all on the back burner when you're younger but when it's in your blood you just can't stay away for long. (I couldn't ever imagine jacking it all in again!)
The airwaves would be a quieter place without your voice and I'm sure with your years of experience you'll do rather well.

2 div booming on .385 lsb and a quick hello to a fellow Charlie Oscar member Ron 989 Nova Scotia as i was testing out the mobile set up on the driveway. Good to here Norway and Greece down on 26.285 usb....with a good contact with Dimitris in Athens.

Finland today is only DIV 1 and div 14, 13, no UK stations so far on 27.555.

Not much 11m radio time of late but did managed to work my very close friend Paddy 26AT127 while on holiday in Florida
2/26AT126 Paddy while driving up international drive Orlando 23SD101 Jamaica - not worked glen for a good few years so was very pleased to hear him again

Good trip across Sweden and Denmark, Are you North or South Finland?
How is the weather there. It's unusually mild here in Wales for this time of year, 15.8C today but we've had around 21C lately.
As I've recently returned to radio after 40 years the weather begs a question or two. Are summer months better for radio signals ? And do leafless trees help in winter months ?

Hello glenn dog, Heard you 5/7 into London again while static mobile on the Thames Estuary net.But sadly by the time a 116 division had been worked by everyone you had faded and the cross mode and QRM had followed the net down a channel.Another time mate as it’s third time lucky for that QSO. I had a cracking couple of hours at the dx location this afternoon. I added a couple of new dxcc in Greenland and Bermuda. 38DX/NA018 John and 122AT027 Jerry.
I had a few into 9 div and a good few into 2 div. Worked Texas, Florida, Kentucky, South Carolina, New York, Georgia, Ohio and Pennsylvania. I heard 4 div, but not strong enough to work.

I had an hour or so on the tops this afternoon. A bit tricky with the snow and freezing temps.
Still managed some contacts into 2 div and the West Indies on lsb.
