The camper van "Fiat Ducato LWB"
The build is coming on slowly. just over Two years, the covid did slowed things down So far i have fitted windows to the two back doors ..side sliding door ..window at the foot of the bed and a window at the sink. Inside the van has been sound proofed totally insulated with 25mm Celotex and then covered that with isolation foil barrier with 30mm air gap, this then gives the best insulation. Two 160w solar panels giving me 320w = 20v charging two leisure batteries via a split charge controller. Also a 240v hook-up.. all wired plugs and lighting.. two extractor fans. 12volt and 240v ..Diesel heater fitted ..Calor gas stove and oven fitted everything works. Not forgetting the toilet and bed. It has been a learning curve.. i'm now at the fitting out stage ie the cupboards for storage etc ..still have loads to do.. Looking forward to driving all round the uk. 19 for a copy 73s

Sounds great there Bob and I hope the rest of the build goes smoothly.
You'll have to post some pictures as I'm sure many would be interested, especially if you'll be touring round with the old CB fired up.

If so what you've done looks good so far and I'll bet you've done more since. I think with YouTube more people are looking for 'monkey-see - monkey-do' type of videos thinking they can master anything just by watching a short video.
Be good to see you get it finished and as Alan points out the important slot for the radio will be the piers de resistance.
