So far, so good,, THE BEEP IS SO LOUD, it's very bad on the ears will be turning that of once the shop sends the software cable, working well for local contacts, Dx conditions are a bit poor for me today so far today, so may have to wait a wile for Dxing on 12w.

Yeah, not a fan of 'beeps' myself with the latest fashion being those weird cascading 'bluuurrpps'!
I've got to admit that I do like the look of this rig Glenn.
Noticed that conditions are a bit up and down today but we have been rewarded with some nice prop recently so shouldn't grumble. I hope the Superstar serves you well and you get some great contacts when conditions allow.

Thanks, no look today for contact outside Finland but working great for local rig checks, now got 7 day run at work so my Dxing will have to wait.

that is exactly the same as mine that i got off knights i will probably use it a lot more over winter, i was going to let it go but now i think i might hang on to it

Had this radio a year now, working well, just done the Mod today to open up for 27.555, working great so far.

yes the mod version looks good i might buy one but i would leave it as a mid band radio+ uk40 i have better radios for ssb and Am but it looks ok might fit a freg counter there is one on my superstare 3900 early version
