Please check on what is my correct call sign. I am am Dick Samuels from Lower Burrell, PA, USA. I was recently given 2CT247 as my call sign. In checking the CT directory today, I saw that my call sign is listed as 2CT246, while 2CT247 is assigned to someone else. Please check into this situation and inform me of my correct call sign. Thank you. Dick Samuels

Hello Dick,
There is obviously something incorrect as you have rightly pointed out and I'm currently following the proverbial breadcrumb trail to see what has occurred.
Leave it with me whilst I investigate further so that I can get this situation rectified for you.
Your call sign allocation of 2-CT-247 is confirmed and as of yet I cannot find an account associated with the 'mistake' in the call sign lists so am having to trawl through them all individually.

Hello again Dick,
After a thorough check through of everything I'm able I can find no instance of why such an error has occurred on the call sign lists. I can only presume some sort of admin/clerical error so have resolved the situation by correcting details recorded after assuring all allocations are correct.
Rest assured your allocation of 2-CT-247 is a correct one and is now reflected as such on the call sign lists.
