Still can be pushed up more but it's lot bigger and last one so I take my time with it it works great

It needs to be up high to pick up signals but it receives and transmits very well. I had a guy that used a crt ss 9900 and an antron 99 and he was loud and crystal clear.

Love the antron. Not the ultimate but very robust ,easily adjusted swr from base.
Good in high wind.
Work well 15'up too if you can't go higher.
Got a few sitting around couple had slight fibre lifting and glue around joints broken away.

Imax better as longer.
Never managed to get either brand new. If I did I would add layers of yacht varnish.tape all glue joints up.
Further layer of heat shrink tube . Then tape the 2 connecting joints.
Add some rubber bicycle inner tube around the alloy base to extend further down to protect coax pl.
Both work in my opinion better insulated from their mounting poles too.
I always add dielectric grease to joints and tape tape more tape.
The split washers are of poor quality swap out for better quality as they rust very quickly.

some say good some say bad but,In these winds most antennas aluminium antennas get a good hammering and
so do fiberglass , but with this wind and if mine comes down it could be a Imax or 99 Going back up

been keeping a eye on my one most of the day its dancing nothing major i love it been doing local dxing and been heard in bath so not to bad
