Hi everyone, I'm looking for some advice if you can please. I have a CRT6900V feeding an Antron 99, I have a few extra bits and I am wondering is there any particular order to connect them in, low pass filter, AV600 swr/power meter, KL203 100W burner, A Auto tuner and do I leave them all inline at the same time? Thanks for your help in advance. 73"s Marcus

Radio > Amp > Filter > SWR (optional) > (ATU if used >) Aerial. Do you need an auto tuner? I wouldn't bother personally, I'd get the SWR right first, and I wouldn't normally leave the meter inline, just use it for testing. Just make sure you don't overdrive the amp, especially on SSB, they distort after about 80W o/p (sounds bad).

Radio...amp...filter...antenna. Like Mitch said take the SWR meter out of line after you know you have a good SWR. The less things you have in line the better.
