I often tune in to a fairly local WEBSDR to gauge conditions, and sometimes see/hear strange signals. But I have no idea what this one is.
Any ideas, guys?

Haven't heard that one before. It has the same buzzer feel as the Russian UVB-76, though UVB is not two tone and has shorter buzzes. No idea what that one is.

I've got to admit Deb that after hearing so many types of similar QRM on the Ham bands I gave up trying to identify them as it could become a hobby in itself.
(I'm damn sure there's people way more qualified than most of us keeping an eye on this sort of stuff.)
It's a crying shame but I usually just jump to other bands that aren't afflicted or pop back to a bit of digi work doing my best not to get irritated with such.
Besides, it doesn't seem to have been too detrimental to your own and others 10m activity especially with the CT 10m challenge.

Thanks, guys. Not bothered by it but just intrigued. My enquiring mind I guess. Anyway I'm reliably informed that it's Iranian OTHR. So that's okay then.
