yeah SBC... Always had mad American cars in the UK.... Had a few here as well. But thought it would be fun to drive a UK hot rod here in N. America!

I'm sat waiting with my 10 Watts and Inverted V dipole waiting for the Radio Gods to open the ionosphere.
For my first go at 10m I'll be chuffed to bits with any contacts I make!

I take it this is SSB only? I don’t use digimodes or CW anyway, but to keep it reasonably fair I’m assuming there’s no modes being used that are below the audibility of the human ear, as in no computer assisted “QSOs” (if you can call them that)
Anyway, managed to sort the logging software to create a Charie-Tango 10m contest log only. Something to do while the bands were quite today, Best I could do was Spain!

Used completely the wrong antenna for my contacts on 20 meters but hey its worked and they both gave me great signal reports! Thank god for antenna tuners lol
Not a dickie-bird here either! (There was me thinking it was my rubbish station.)
Looks like the Radio Gods aren't smiling just yet. Scanning 10m the last couple of days felt like scanning the old CB bands again.....static, static, static!
Fingers crossed for some activity.
