I'm sure Craig will Alan and should be easy enough to find even if everyone has to move frequency a bit.
Everyone here seems to be good at transmitting with callsigns and you're bound to hear "CT Net" mentioned. (Some nets are terrible without callsigns given or even what the net is except at the start!?!)
Besides, I can now tell Craig's Yorkshire twang a mile off after hearing him a few times and Gary has a nice London ring.
Don't expect to recognise me......I'm not as 'eloquent' sounding as my typing makes me appears to be!

For week days, these sorts of times are always best for me. I'll keep a check on this thread and a listen out. Half 7 on Mondays is the Swindon 2m net, so if I manage to check into the CT net and there's a pause from me or I sound a bit confuddled with callsigns it's because I'm trying to do both.

Flipping hope so Alan, been chasing mains hum all day and making common mode chokes.
Thought it was our neighbours, turns out it's our new heat exchange boiler! (How the heck did that get past approval??? )

I made a quick CQ on 7.129 nothing heard and now have strong signals from 7.130.
I hope some of you are able to make contact. It's a lovely evening here in the Midlands so off down the garden with Mand.
73's Gary.

Afraid nothing my way lads except an English station in conversation with a French on 7.130 and some French on 7.120. Otherwise S7 of noise with S9 crashes!
More than happy to try again later.Â

Long and noisy still at this end. Tried calling 7.120 as it was the clearest, (7.130 had Italians), but now some numpty whistling there.
Presuming no one heard me.

I've got everything from Italy, France, some Dutch and pretty sure I heard Stateside up at 7.163.
Obviously still running long.
Never mind, was worth another bash. I'm happy anyway, bagged Algeria earlier on 20m. (FT4)
Would've been nice to grab some of you lads on SSB though.

Can hear DX Commander Cal on 7.191, so there's some inter G on 40, but sadly didn't hear any of the CT crew all evening. Kept checking the frequencies posted here, and tried putting a few calls on them too, but nothing. Only 5x of us on the Swindon 2m net tonight too, and 10m almost totally dead again to me tonight. Think I will go read a book...
*fingers crossed* the next next time we try this the stars will align.
