Starting 1st December until 31st March Using all the 11m band, SSB, FM, AM, Phone only 1 point for each separate dxcc

I think where it says England again it should read 0 points as England has already been worked
Only 1point for every new dxcc
Phone is just simply any voice contact using modes SSB, FM and AM , no CW or data modes
