Persevered yesterday on 20m and finally got the 7 contacts I needed to take me to 2000 overall. A long way off catching Alan up but quite amazing considering my bodged up antenna setup.

Well done Mark.
Can't believe you've made so many contacts in such a relatively short amount of time, (I've only just broke 800!) Great to see you persevering and enjoying yourself with it all.
I know FT8 has a love/hate relationship with many but when you're a Foundation holder on 10W with a compromised antenna setup such modes are a God send for getting contacts in your logs. I'll bet you see a lot of 'green' on that Band Activity window and jump at the chance of any first contact. (I still fair old wet me pants when a 'purple' highlight comes up! Always good to bag a new country or entity.)
When you're not a 'Big-Gun' station such Amateur Radio activity is relishing stuff.
All the best, Victor

Well done Mark. Be nice if they all confirmed but we can't have everything lol. I find just over 50% not good at maths well not this early anyway.

Last week's highlights were 3 and a half from Brazil in one night. Japan, Argentina and Columbia were also new countries.

Well done. I have been at it since 2018 and only just past 2000. Got about half confirmed via QRZ and many others via eQSL and LoTW. Have overall 175 countries, last one was SMOM last weekend

Where in eQSL does it show confirmed. I do use it but only upload once a month.

You have to confirm or reject it with the red or green checks.
If you upload first and you get a confirmation there will be no red and green check marks. Assume that it is a good QSL. As above if you get a QSL that you have not already QSLed there will be the red and green checks. If the QSL is wrong in any way reject it and add any comments why.
I have had a few where the reject is wrong in some way, time, wrong band, wrong year even.
When you archive your QSLs, in the archive any you have not QSLed will have the red and green checks. You can confirm or reject. Any in the archive with no red and green checks are good and confirmed.
