Have not had much luck with the bands recently, seems there has been a fair bit of geomagnetic activity spoiling the fun. I did hear last week the aurora was seen really quite far South.

10 and 11 have not had a lot of activity into me the past few days, but a few south American stations heard on SSB and the digital signals getting through here and there. Was happy to get my first St Helena station on 10m a couple of days ago with FT4.
I struggled with a few 40m digital contacts last night though and gave it up and had an early night.

Well done with the Aland Isles there Mark. (One I hunted out and eventually got myself but never QRZ confirmed. )
We do have to take the rough with the smooth regards the Sun and Mother Nature as they giveth & taketh away with solar activity for our radio delights.
The bounce back usually gives us nice opportunities though and I popped Brazil again on 10m yesterday and a new country for me Suriname today.
