Yep, grizzly out there today in the Southwest too, and I'm stuck at home. Haven't managed to pick up any of the 28MHz Morse, but a few strong euro stations are coming in over the neighbours QRM around the T5.

Isn't it weird how the skip plays out across the country. This is what's coming through down here...
But, it's still chucking it down with rain down here!

Awesome isn't it! Some patches of really short skip too. Had a quick clear QSO with 26AT/LAN on 27.680 which is only about a 140 mile hop down to my home in Gloucestershire!
And can hear much Morse now just into 28MHz that was mentioned earlier. Everyone seems to be going over the top of each other on there just like the 11m operators on the T5

Can here 104, 1, 14 & 30 divisions on 27mhz and morse on 28mhz
T5 sounds like channel 19 on UKFM, everybody yelling over everybody! Even mid-block is busy
Getting batteries charged ready for tomorrow. Fingers crossed it's going to be like today.

There's euro chatter on the T5 this way already this morning, haven't had that at this time in the morning for a long time. Looks like your finger crossing has worked

Got a list of chores too so just sneaking in a few tries here and there in between. Just back from shopping, but before I set off made contacts into 1SD/RFVG4 and 13EC111 Tony, who the later gave me a +20db sig report and was very surprised to learn I was using an indoor antenna!
Great conditions at the moment, hope everyone can make the most of them.
